Currently, our models assume players are right handed. We’d like to introduce a profile setting for a player to indicated their handedness and that would be fed back into the system so the data would be more accurate (especially with forehand/backhand labeling). That would improve shot explorer: when filtering by “forehand” shot for left-handed players the shots are actually left-handed player’s backhand.

This would be especially useful for coaches and players looking to focus on gameplay-only footage.

Our AI can now analyze a game keying in on over 30 characteristics of each player’s performance. The end result is an overall performance rating on the 2.0-8.0 scale that shows how well each player did that game.Additionally, we are able to add more depth/dimension to the skill rating with a comprehensive 6-skill rating system that shows a player’s skill over individual games, multiple games, and all time. Vision-Based Skill Ratings (2.0-8.0 DUPR)

PB Vision will now be able to keep track of your stats over time. This allows you to see various aspects of your game improving as you practice and play more. There are also additional stats exposed through this cross-game trends view. Cross-Game Trends—Are my stats improving?

Differentiate between an unforced error and an error forced by a good shot. Not only allows user to track improvement over time, but showing the location where the unforced error occurred and whether it was backhand, forehand, overhead, or dink could be very useful in knowing what to improve.We’ve developed an unforced error classification system as of September 2025. We are currently working to expose this information on individual insights reports, trends page, and as a filter in the Shot Explorer.

These are the types of trends and insights that could immediately make an impact on shot selection or understanding what is or isn't working
