Better support for left-handed players

Currently, our models assume players are right handed. We’d like to introduce a profile setting for a player to indicated their handedness and that would be fed back into the system so the data would be more accurate (especially with forehand/backhand labeling).

That would improve shot explorer: when filtering by “forehand” shot for left-handed players the shots are actually left-handed player’s backhand.
