Partner positioning efficiency rating

Feature Request

Logic concept:
Calculate % of time that partners are spaced appropriately during a rally.
If during a rally, for a set of frames partners are within the “response zone” (between X and Y feet from each other) then give a positive rating. Else give a negative rating.

    Hmm, very situational and appropriate positioning depends a lot on the previous shot. A serve that pulls the returner way off the court should bring their partner to midcourt, not within X feet of the returner. You see pros flying all over the court and left-side players taking 2/3 of the space. A better metric would be given the previous shot, what’s the positioning that would give you optimum court coverage? The litmus test is if you returned the shot. Only if you didn’t it’s worth investigating this as a “why.”

      Agreed Alden - I think we have a better solution for this already in the works on the Data Extraction side of PBV ;)
