Every month, analyze all my games of the previous month to provide an improvement plan for this month. One set of exercises for my most impactful weaknesses (game phase of highest point leaks) and another for my strengths (raise my ceiling).
Example floor: work on transition of 3rd and 5th particulaly on your backhand side.
Example of ceiling: perfect your drip to the center backhand when opponent is in motion.
