@Mark Koenig I have a question that I would love to know as well. When you have a moment, would you be willing to do the following?
Open your application
Navigate to the Profile tab
Select Account
Select Contact Support
In the text box, if you will just put your phone type and that you submitted the picture of the issue here! It will start a support ticket and generate the logs from your device. So appreciate you letting us know about this!
