Failed Video Processing Shouldn't Count Against Trial Use
I created an account and attempted to upload four games to analyze as part of the free trial. One of those four games failed to process and consumed one of the free credits without letting me attempt to upload a replacement video. I under that processing games consumes resources and you don’t want people to abuse this, but at least allowing some amount of retries would be nice. I ended up not purchasing PB Vision because I didn’t want to spend money not knowing if a video was actually going to work or not.

Hi there! Thanks so much for the feedback, and I apologize for any confusion. The free trial includes 3 video upload credits, and if a video fails to analyze due to court framing, the credit is automatically refunded
That said, if there’s ever an issue on our side and a credit is mistakenly consumed, we’ll make sure to reprocess the video at no additional cost. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll refund the credit so it can be used on another video
As a courtesy, I went ahead and reprocessed that video for you so you can check out the analytics. It should be ready within the hour for your review
